Open SQL SERVER CONFIG MANAGER

Check to see if SQL Services are running for SQL Server (V365)

If stopped, restart

 

Open SERVICES

See if 365 Background Service is running

Try to restart

Try to run from exe file




If these fail:

 

If Windows Services Config file missing:

Copy the regular config file and rename for windows services.

Vessel365.WindowsService.exe.config

 

Delete initialization record record from db (support tool) then run Windows services manually from exe file


Try to relaunch app -


 

Was database not created?
